Each one of the five regional heats has its own entry deadline. Please make sure your application is within the deadline for your region.

South West – 15 June - CLOSED

North – 25 June - CLOSED

Scotland – 25 June - CLOSED

South East – 01 July - CLOSED

Midlands – 23 July - CLOSED

The shortlisting process

After the application deadline, the judging panel will review each of the entries to create a shortlist of businesses. If your business is shortlisted, you or a representative from your business will be required to attend your regional event.

At the regional heats you business will be one of five regional finalists asked to pitch your business idea to a panel of expert entrepreneurs. The judges will select a winner at the end of the day, who will then progress to the grand final, taking place in London on Friday 19 November 2010.

All regional finalists will be sent a summary write-up of the judges’ reasoning and feedback.
